Service Description
Each couple session is of 90 mins. The first session is dedicated to knowing both of you apart from understanding your bond. Hence 30 mins each will be dedicated to individual sessions and the remaining 30 mins will be a group discussion. A stable Internet connection & a pair of earphones are recommended. The therapist will initiate the session at the scheduled time. The platform used for video sessions is GoogleMeet. The link to join the session will be in your scheduling confirmation email. At the scheduled time, try and sit at quiet place, with all of your awareness. Do not be multitasking while on the session (unless extremely important of course - but generally no driving, exercising etc) It is important to be present. Please ensure that you can give each other 30 mins of privacy during the individual time with the therapist. Each session will start off with discussing the issue and end with an actionable (the client is expected to attempt any homework given) It’s imperative to be honest and transparent with your therapist in order to maximise benefits. The session is absolutely confidential and none of the information will be used for any other purpose. Your privacy is taken seriously. Recording of any kind is not allowed. Breach of privacy will lead to non- refundable cancellation of session A minimum of 4-6 sessions are advised in order to see visible changes. The therapist will try their best to provide necessary information that will help you with your situation. Implementation and execution of to-do’s are necessary and are completely your responsibility. Rescheduling of session is limited to 24 hours before the session. In case of a no-show, your payment cannot be refunded. In case of any medical or personal emergency, please write to makingcouplesconscious@gmail.com with the subject line “Emergency Rescheduling” In case you decide to cancel a session before 48 hours of the scheduled time, you will be eligible for a full refund. Any cancellation done after that period is not eligible if any refund. Well, that’s all. In case you feel jittery, deep breaths can help. Also keep a bottle of water near you and find a quiet place to talk your heart out. Sometimes things that are good for us might seem daunting or uncomfortable, but that’s what brings growth too.
Cancellation Policy
Monthly Plan Session Expiry Policy All sessions must be used within 30 days from your start date. Once this period has passed, unused sessions cannot be availed without prior notice. If you encounter any issues, please email contact@relationshiptherapy.in or reach out to Kasturi directly. In case of unforeseen circumstances, a one-time extension of up to one week may be provided. We appreciate your understanding. *Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy We understand that life can sometimes get in the way, and we strive to accommodate changes where possible. However, in order to maintain a fair and organized scheduling system, we have set the following cancellation and rescheduling policy: Cancellation Notice: You must provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of a session. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled session, the session will be considered forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. No-Show Policy: If you miss a session without prior notice, it will be marked as forfeited and considered used. A no-show will not be rescheduled unless under extenuating circumstances, and such instances will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, please do so with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. You may reschedule one session per month without penalty. Sessions that are not rescheduled with sufficient notice will be lost. Makeup Sessions: We do not provide makeup sessions for missed appointments unless there are extenuating circumstances, such as a medical emergency. Requests for makeup sessions must be communicated within 48 hours after a missed session. Price Changes: We reserve the right to change the pricing of our membership plans. Any price changes will be communicated to you via email 30 days prior to the change.
