Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

Cancellation Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel within 24 hours of your session, it will be considered forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
No-Show Policy: If you miss a session without prior notice, it will be marked as forfeited. No-shows will not be rescheduled unless there are extenuating circumstances, which will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please do so with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. You may reschedule one session without penalty. Sessions that aren’t rescheduled with sufficient notice will be lost.

No refund in cases of cancellation before 6 hours of the session. A full refund can be only claimed if cancelled 24 hours before the 1:1 session
Full Refund in case of medical emergency before course completion given only with medical proof
Once a refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5-7 working days. The refunded amount will be credited directly to the customer’s bank account or original payment method.
All sessions are undertaken with the intention of helping a client. No guarantee of any results as it depends on the dedication & effort of the client.
All sessions are confidential. No recording is allowed. In case of any breach, the client will be banned from further sessions and will not be eligible for a refund.
The decision of Kasturi Mahanta Counselling OPC Pvt Ltd. will be final and binding.
